Minerva was happy to be out of the broom sticks. She loved her friends, but things were just awkward between all of them lately and it was nice to be out in the fresh air. As she walked watching the other students she was trying to figure out where she wanted to go to next. Thinking about picking up some more chocolate frogs she notice a student that looked a little lost.
Walking up to the girl Minerva smiled, "Hi, your a Hufflepuff, right?" Minerva thought she had seen her in the common room, but they hadn't been introduced yet. "My name is Minerva, but everyone calls me Minnie. I'm a puff as well. Are you lost or could I help you with something?" she wasn't sure what year the girl was, but she was hoping she could help her if she needed it.
Sutton was startled from where she stood, peering in a nearby shop window, when she heard a voice very close addressing her.
"Oh! Hi! Sorry... you gave me a bit of a fright," she said with a little laugh, relaxing when she saw saw that it was just another student. Smiling brightly at the girl, Sutton answered the several questions she asked.
"Yeah, I am in Hufflepuff, I actually. My name is Sutton... I'm a third year, just transfered here this year," she figured it was best to just get the story out of the way quickly.
"No, I'm not lost... exactly. I've just... never been to Hogsmeade before, so I suppose I've just been taking in the sights, trying to find one of my friends maybe. I'm not really sure the best places to go..." she explained, trailing off as she looked up and down the streets once again.
