It wasn't her secret to tell, even if Minnie was having a blast making things super awkward for her at the moment. They'd be speaking about this later though, right? EYES. "I um...I can't really say." She replied, shrugging her shoulders. Yeah Minnie, you're welcome.

Glare. Glare. Glare. Ells couldn't help it as Minnie was now laughing...like REALLY laughing at them. Of course they made her laugh, she didn't have to deal with any of this directly. She just got to like...sit back and enjoy the train wreck...eat popcorn...sip some butterbeer...relax. MEH. And then Minnie was suggesting Harvey liked a girl, just dropping that bomb like it was nothing and then...THEN...she was leaving. Awesome. Way to be helpful, Ms. Badger.

Ella didn't exactly know what to say now that Minnie was gone. She was actually upset that she was the only one of them that understood what Minnie had been trying to do an so without really thinking about it, she clued Harvey in. "She was talking about us, you know..." Well clearly he didn't know, but now he did. "I mean about the Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff...she meant....us." She bit her lip slightly, looking anywhere but at him. Oh...and he liked some new girl? That was brilliant. He sure did hop around from girl to girl a lot. Maybe Ells didn't know him very well after all. Edric might have been right.

She was his friend wasnt she? so he was talking about her too "Yeah I do, but.. its... er getting better... so yeah.." yeah he was less bummed out now that they were hanging out even if it was a little awkward, better than not hanging out with Ella.

He listened as Minnie stood up and continued laughing, he wondered what was so funny that she was laughing. "Miss the boat? Wha... what do you mean?" what was she talking about? missing boats? he hadn't been on a boat. He was no confused as she patted his head before she told them to have a fabulous day, and they had to talk about stuff? she had that right they did! he needed to know what Mins was talking about and he was sure that Ella could shed light on that! "Yeah it was great seeing you too Mins" even though she was confusing him right now "Yeah.. yeah we can catch up later" and be prepared to be bombarded with questions! He then watched as she walked upto the castle leaving them both alone.

Now that they were alone he looked at her and wondered what they should do now, should he question what Mins was talking about now or later. Maybe now would be a good time as any, he was about to ask when she said something to him "Talking about us?" he questioned her as said that Mins was talking about them. After she said that the claw and puff that Mins was talking about was them, he was surprised and shocked as he suddenly understood everything that Mins had said except the thing about missing boats and them needing to talk. After he managed to pick up his dropped chin he talked "Ohhh I.. I see" well why didn't she just say so instead of playing riddles and stuff. So Mins thought they were a cute couple? she and Justin? "Wellll... she could... have just said it like that" straight out like Ella had just done.
