The staring continued and it took a while for Dartanian to refocus. He hadn't even catched what Alex had just said, all he had heard was her last word which was 'it'. Whatever she had been talking about, Dart couldn't care less, even now that he was a little more focused. His focus didn't last long though, and as Alex began staring at him, he looked back at her with a glazed expression
It almost looked like they were having a stare off. That wasn't Dart's intention at all. As much as he disliked Alex, he was just for some reason really unable to concentrate, and he felt a little tired. Maybe that's what was making him stare into blank space, or in this case at Alex.

As something that smelled like coffee went splashing all over him, Dartanian closed he's eyes and licked his lips. Yep, coffee it was. The Frenchie blinked and then opened his eyes fully to see his 'bootifool Emy' on the floor.
He frowned. He had many reasons to do so. One. He was covered in coffee. Hot coffee. Two. His girlfriend didn't look too happy and Three... well Alex was in the same room as him.
"It'z elright, I 'ope you okey." He didn't like seeing his 'Emy' like this. He turned his head back to Alex for a short while and gave her a small smirk trying to show that he actually did have a girlfriend. Turning back to Amy he extended his now sticky arm out towards her. "Let me 'elp you up meh bootifool."
If only Dartanian knew what really had been going on in his girlfriends mind...
