But when she was alright she lowered her hands and then Violet looked back at Selina hearing the last thing she said about all happy relationships ending in only a matter of time.
She then paused and slowly lowered her head for a moment. Violet pushed some of her hair behind her ear not entirely sure what to say. A soft sigh had escaped her lips before Violet said,"Well...That was very wrong of her to say such a thing..." she paused,"But...."
Selina regretted her words almost as soon as they had left her mouth. She should have known how much what she had said would have affected Violet. The redhead had not meant to insinuate anything about her and Chris' relationship, especially knowing how sensitive the girl was to that subject. But she did not even get the chance to apologize to Violet or see if the girl had caught on to what the Gryffindor had said because the next moment a loud wail erupted through the bathroom.
The redhead knew that wail. It happened almost everytime that she entered this bloody bathroom. Myrtle. The sixth year was suddenly very, very annoyed at the appearance of the ghost. She could not have possibly have had worse timing. Her and Violet were in the middle of a serious conversation and she came barging in with her wailing and loud mouth. It had been over a hundred years. The ghost NEEDED to get over all of her problems and then maybe boys would come to see her. Seriously, was there ghost therapy or something? The redhead rolled her eyes and yelled,
"OI, MYRTLE. TRYING TO HAVE A CONVERSATION HERE... have some courtesy." Then Peeves walked in.
Before she could retort to the other ghost, Violet's words snapped her head to the blonde's direction. The redhead stopped.
What did Violet mean by that unfinished statement. Did she agree with Elektra? Did all relationships really end in disaster? That thought unsettled her and made her upset all at once. Her blue eyes searched Violet for the answer. Biting down on her lip, she asked,
"But what, Violet?"
