Revenge for him was different, the only revenge that would bother her, would be getting completely wet, or tickling her. This little flicking of water was nothing. She moved closer to him and then gave a splash aimed at him, then quickly moved back. She was grinning and giggling and couldn't wait for his reaction.
Bliss grinned at Terry and thought. Of course she wasn't afraid to get mucky, she was an outdoorsy girl. "Hehe, that's right," she confirmed with a nod. "Anyway, if my clothes get muddy, I know a spell to clean them, so it's alright," she said and shrugged. Her parents had taught it to her, because they knew what she was like. "You do?" She asked, somehow this surprised her, probably because of the way he kept trying to dodge the water, whereas she wasn't the slightest bit bothered. Bliss looked up a Terry curiously. "You sure? Won't you be cold?" She asked anxiously as shiver raked through her and the hair on her arms raised. Her anxious expression soon changed as she giggled when he dripped water on her head, her blonde was now dripping a bit on her clothes as she followed Terry out of the water. She reached him and promptly stuck her head, her hair spraying water in all directions.
Bliss looked at Terry gratefully and smiled, hoping that he'd smile back. Frowning didn't suit him and she didn't want his to be distressed. "I guess you're right," she accepted, wiping away any remaining tears. The time for crying was over. Bliss looked carefully at Terry as she explained everything and by the end of it, although he nodded, she could tell he didn't understand. Which was alright, she didn't understand either. "I guess it is," she said, thinking about it. It meant that she trusted him..more than anyone else, apart from her family and Blue. Bliss blinked, we? Did he mean all of her other friends, because she wasn't aware that he had that many. "Thanks, Terry..thanks for listening," she said gratefully and leaned forward to give him a hug. She felt better now that she'd let it all out. Oh she doubted him did she? Terry didn't lie and he would definitely take revenge. She was just giggling away and he smirked at her, watching her movements, dodging away from her splashes and splashing her straight back. He knew what would make her giggle, he knew exactly how he could take revenge. "Of course I will" he winked and then started tickling her waist, cackling in preparation for her reaction. "Just like that" he poked his tongue out. He was probably strong enough to pick her up and dunk her in but he thought that would be going a little too far, it was just a little bit of fun and he didn't want to upset her.
He was impressed with her magical skills, for a second year she was able to perform spells that Terry couldn't yet. It wasn't because he was rubbish at it but instead because he hadn't actually had the chance to learn any of them yet. His education had been mostly focused on Care of Magical Creatures and Herbology because that's what his mother was best at. "Well it's okay for you then" he chuckled. "But I don't know any spells so you'd have to clean my clothes too." Yep. His mum didn't appreciate having to do the 'washing' herself. "Why are you acting so surprised at that?" he asked, his expression blank. Of course he didn't mind the mud! "I have lots of animals at home, you get dirty all the time." He had wellies now, to stop his socks and trainers from getting ruined and his mother had recently bought him overalls when he went to help out with the larger animals.
He shook his head when she asked him about getting cold. "I'm fine, I don't really feel the wind" he said, unzipping his jacket and handing it over to the girl. "You look like you might go blue if you don't have anything to keep you warm." And he wouldn't want that! She might have to go back to her common room and he would get bored out here by himself.
He was glad when she stopped crying, knowing that his 'comforting' words weren't exactly the best. He gave her a gentle smile as he sat back, leaning up on his elbows so that he could absorb the autumn sun and still see her. He didn't really know what else to say to her now that she had let everything out. "Just don't be sad! You have lots of friends here that can help make you happy," like him! He could tell her jokes and act silly to make her laugh. He understood that it was a good thing that she trusted him. "I'm glad you trust me" he nodded once, he felt like he was a trustworthy person. "It's okay" he smiled as she hugged him and he hugged her back. "Do you feel better now" he hoped she did, it would make things happier. And if not he would try doing something to cheer her up.
