He had only been looking over the edge for a moment when he heard his name being called. Questioned, rather. It was weird considering that he was a transfer and didn't really know a whole lot of people but then again.. Maybe word had spread about the hot new transfer boy? He'd have to set this rumor straight. It was hot new SINGLE transfer boy.
They forgot the single part.
But as his eyes landed on the girl who'd said his name, Coulson paused. "Anya?" he called back, edging toward her. Anya tilted her head to the side and watched Coul a little. What was he doing? Trying to climb off the staircase? That... didn't seem like a good idea.
Oh. But he did recognize her!
She nodded before giving him a big hug. They were on the hug level right? If not... they were now.
"How have you been? I haven't really seen you since the sorting." Which, was probably Jake's fault. "This your first time being stuck on here?" It was pretty much a rite of passage. That, and actually remembering to jump the trick stair.
