I wake up in the mornings, shivering, cold and feeling blue,
Why do I do this? It must be a natural relief mechanism of missing you.
I think of giving you a call,
But then I realize its only quarter to four.
Sometimes when I get up I fall down,
I try to get up and get rid of my frown.
Sometimes when I’m on the floor,
God knows I wish you’d just knock on my door.
Not a day goes by without you on my mind,
How beautiful you are loving and kind.
I called a counselor spoke to him near on an hour,
It made me miss you and realize this is going to take all my power.
When I’m at work there is so much noise,
But somehow I imagine you doing some poise.
Often people come up to me and ask what’s wrong?
I say nothing so they’ll hurry up and be gone
I love you to the moon and back,
And let me guarantee you that is a fact.
