That was private. Those were things that she told her in the strictest of confidence. Heck, her and Violet had many talks when she and Gideon were... unclear. And then to tell Elektra really, really hurt her.
Plus, Elektra exploited that weakness in her. And it hurt... it hurt REALLY bad.
And that thought of things being alright rapidly went through the window as soon as Selina began walking towards her. It was when she didn't even acknowledge what Violet had said that she was upset. Not only was she upset, Selina seemed to be bottling up a slight bit of rage and sadness within her. Then she had asked Violet, why she had told Elektra about Gideon taking two years to say that he loved her?
Within seconds there was a look of confusion on Violet's face. What was Selina talking about? Violet didn't tell Elektra. Did she? No! Violet hadn't spoken to Elektra since they had come back to Hogwarts! Violet then said back,"What do you mean Selina?" She went on,"I didn't tell her that.." Then Violet began to wonder to herself, why would Selina accuse Violet of such a thing? Now obviously, Violet has had her moments in the past when she's accidentally let things to be known to other people that they shouldn't have known, but it was not intentional in anyway and she hadn't meant for it to happen.
But to hear her best friend think that she would say such a sensitive topic around Elektra, especially when the both of them were having such problems, really seemed to hurt Violet. She asked Selina,"Why would I tell her something so sensitive..I know how things are between you two..And I would never say something like that.."
