"And the worst thing I could haf done was leave ye like thet!" Hanging his head, he still was kicking himself for doing that! He knew Nell needed help more desperately but still! He felt miserable for leaving her like that, with her hurt ankle, and then finding out she'd been bleeding besides! ARGHH!
"Well I think ye look lovely no matter what yer wearing on yer feet." he said beaming at her as he lifted his head again. He didn't mind being taller. He was taller then practically everyone in the school at 6'5" tall! He kind of liked being taller then her though, it was nice to have her at the height she was sometimes, that was for sure!
Nodding, he made a face again. "Yeah, I s'pose I should go te the healer. He really didn't like the idea, 'cause he didn't care for healers much, but well, it was that or deal with carrying his bag on the other shoulder for classes and stuff. Which would be awkward considering he'd be using the shoulder he didn't usually carry it on. "Mebbe in the morning." he said nodding again. Yep put it off as long as possible!
Laughing softly he hugged her close. "Well 'tis certainly me favourite spot." Yep, after meeting Amelia there, it certainly was! Grinning he shrugged "I jus' wanted te help."
"Don't worry. You wont see me like that again," she said reassuringly. Because this was their final year, therefore she wouldn't be in any danger of being injured like that on the train again. Unless someone attacked them on the trip home. But that was unlikely. Most strange things tended to happen on the way to Hogwarts. Maybe that was why some parents didn't want their children to come? Meh.
"It's alright that you left me," Amelia lied. She didn't want him to feel bad about it, even if at the time she had wanted to hex him for it. But she wouldn't go around saying that. Which is why she made sure that her voice and the look on her face would be convincing.
"Nell looked worse than me. From where I was it was obvious that she couldn't even really stay upright without help and she threw up. Obviously she hit her head hard," and at least that was the truth. The girl did look a lot worse than Amelia had, and she didn't know the extent of the other girls injuries but she could have been in a very bad way. Especially since she was lying on the platform. At least Amelia had been sitting up, and it was her choice to sit down in the first place. Mainly because looking down at her ankle had been making her feel dizzy, and in turn slightly nauseous. But sitting had definitely helped that, and she was sure it had more to do with shock and panic than anything else. Never mind that when she'd gotten up again she'd been unable to stand by herself... All that aside Amelia still hadn't been very impressed with Isaac and his chivalrous tendencies towards the other girl.
Although she didn't mind so much now. She was just put out. That and she knew she had a problem possessive streak, she was just happy that she could control it most of the time. At least in front of Isaac. Since it kinda made her act like a petulant child and that was the last thing she wanted him to see her as.
"Thanks," she said, giving him a happy smile.
"But I kinda like higher shoes, even though they are impractical when it comes to school," she finished with a shrug.
"Definitely in the morning. I'll bind you and make you float along behind me if I have too," she threatened. And he should know that she was serious considering his 'initiation' from a few years ago. But even if she just ended up dragging him by the end to the healer she would make sure he saw her. Even if they had both probably sustained worse injuries through playing Quidditch before.
