Ella’s second year started off pretty rocky. The small second year witnessed Logan, who wasn’t returning to Hogwarts, kissing their mutual friend, Cardigan. This made her quite upset and she felt like she had lost her first best friend. Things slowly improved from there. She made the Quidditch team where she was able to play as a chaser and a beater, finding that she had quite a knack for the second position. A surprise considering how horrible Ella thinks violence is. She also enjoyed snowball, pillow, and hair whipping fights with her friends, new and old. Alec Summers and Edvard Messer, boys from Hufflepuff, quickly became good friends. The blonde then met Theodore Kinsley and Blue Gracae, two first years who she enjoyed spending time with. She also got closer with Oakey Gunter and Mordred Mordaunt, her best friends’ crushes. Speaking of crushes, Ella developed a friendship with Harvey Watson, a boy who she’d eventually develop a HUGE crush on. The only problem was, he has a girlfriend. She met her Ogre/Big Brother/Evil Fairy godfather at the topiary garden. After convincing the sixth year to be her friend, Ella decided that Edric Barlow was one of her favorite people at Hogwarts. Wanting Edric to be happy, Ella decided to try and convince him to ask out his only other friend, Eve Wellington, the Hufflepuff prefect. She was sure the two had feelings for each other. Luckily, she had some help after meeting her Hulk, Alice Fischer. The Gryffindor and Ella collided by the library and have been friends ever since. They’ve even considered opening their own detective agency, them being Detective Dino and Detective Demon. Their first mission blew up in their face when they were caught spying on Edric and Eve’s ~~date~~ meeting in Hogsmeade after witnessing them kissing in the corridor of Hogwarts.

Other notable happenings during the second year: Watching Roro the dragon hatch and grow up, getting to go to the lost city of Atlantis in HoM, Using Mr. Murdoch as target practice in DADA, Traveling though the rune portal, Protesting with Minnie and Oakey, Becoming a Williamson fangirl, Oakey and Ella’s big blowout, Theodore accusing Ella of trying to kill him, Ice cream sundae get togethers, Winning the house cup again, The headmaster and several Professors leaving Hogwarts for good.

Personality
Ella wears her heart on her sleeve. She’s honest and kind and she believes in the power of pinky promises. She does everything with the best of intentions, though things don’t always work out the way she planned. She’s often unintentionally funny, something which puzzles her a lot of the time. Her favorite time is time spent with friends or on the Quidditch pitch. She cares about others and will go out of her way to help a friend in need. She’s also curious and loves a good adventure ~~especially if it involves a trip to the kitchen for ice cream~~! Pretty much she’s the nicest badger you could hope to meet.

During the term she acquired a love for her house, care of magical creatures ~~and the Professor~~, Quidditch, and her housemates.
