Lex looked around, trying to see if there was anyone that she knew; this wasn't very likely seeing as most of these students were older than her but it was still good to check and there was nothing wrong in making new friends anyway.
Glancing across the table she could pick out a few but not many. There was the boy that nearly threw up on her...the boy that glared at her and even Serenity; so this was where she was sorted. Hmm...and who else...? Lex flopped down into the nearest empty seat...no other house seemed to mind when she did so they wouldn't mind.
Was it just Cassia or everyone was feeling energetic and hyperactive. She had known that her second year would be awesome. Though she was bothered by the train's sudden stop, now she saw through the whole thing. It was fortunate that t happened because now she had extra topics to speak about and more interesting stories to tell her brother about. She will write to him tonight. And the sounds of chatting caused by the crowds of students only got Cassia's mood to get brighter. Oh and there was West, Cassia waved back at him enthusiastically. It's so cool when you already have friends not like last year when she was an oblivious, lost firstie..pffft…history!
Glancing a different color, Cassia looked closely at a girl passing by whose tie was red. And the girl slid into a seat near her. Cassia grinned for she just love having someone to chat with all the time! She scooted closer to the girl, "
Hey!" She said cheerfully. "
Touring among tables!" She winked at the girl whom she guessed was a newbie.
