Cassia waved back enthusiastically See getting taller had already payed its benefits. "Hi Louza!" She told the girl. Mmm...was that her name? Yup it totally was! "Nice badge!" She exclaimed guessing that that was a badge indicating the girl as a head-girl....right? Hopefully she wasn't mistaken because that wouldn't be cool at all. And now she was a cooler taller second year!

She wondered briefly where the girl had gone to once they were on the train. Oh, well. They were here now. 'Hi, Cassia!' she greeted back cheerfully.

'We were just about to start a game.' the Gryffindor announced, happy that another non-Ravenclaw had joined the table. 'It's called Guess the House.' She made the name up just then. 'We get points for guessing where each firstie is gonna be sorted. Did I forget anything?' she looked at Gwen. As you can see, the game is very complex...

Gwen was getting all competitive with the game she had just started with Ariadne. But she knew that the Gryffindor was one of the people who couldn’t afford losing, so this would mean she needed to pay extra attention. What? She couldn’t admit being last either... ‘So how about that one?’ She asked, looking at the eleven-year-old girl, who was just heading to the sorting hat. Come ooon. Think!, she told herself, but her thoughts were interrupted as she heard a voice call her name.

‘Hi!’, she greeted the young Slytherin with a grin. She moved a bit to the left to make enough room for Cassia at the table as well, but didn’t say anything else, since Ariadne already started talking about the game. ‘Umm... that’s all. I mean, you just need to make the guess before the sorting hat announces the house. Obviously’, the fith year said and then looked back at Cassia. ‘Want to join us?’ She had nothing against her playing the game. After all, it may be even more fun with more people.

And now back to the sorting ceremony...

Cassia beamed at the two girls who greeted her. A game. Cassia was totally game for games! "Yeah sure!" She nodded sliding into the space next to Gwen. She listened to the explanation of the game. "That's a cool game. I like it." She grinned. Cassia liked playing games although she wasn't the type that always won. However, she intended to try and win not because she was competitive but because she thought that she ought to win once in a while now that she is a second year. Though she knew that her chances aren't so strong considering her opponents were older and one was a Ravvie

But thinking about it, the game didn't need any experience and or education. Which was fortunate for Cassia. So winning shouldn't be that hard. It is only about guessing. Cassia wished that her brother was here to play with them, he was so good at guessing his hunch was awesome! So play time it is. Being a second year already started to be a whole more fun and interesting than a firstie. Cassia wondered if Ari and Gwen had played this game last year when she was sorted and whether they guessed that she'd be in Slytherin. She made a mental note to ask them later.

Cassia straightened and glanced at where the sorting hat was placed. "Okay." She said dramatically squinting her eyes at a boy who just sat down and the hat was about to be placed on his head. "I think that that boy is going to be placed in Ravenclaw," She reckoned. "Because he is wearing glasses." She said thoughtfully. You know glasses meant that you were smart and Ravenclaws were like that. Well, at least the twelve years old believed that glasses were a sign of smartness. She rubbed her hands excitedly waiting to see whether she guessed correctly or not.
