A crack of thunder had made her jump, and scurry into the castle, and she continued into the great hall. Her eyes scanned the hall. It was fill to the brim with students already. Most of them had received a second wind of sorts. They were as energetic and lively as if nothing weird had happened that evening. And the dais was full with all the staff, the staff that would have been very helpful back at the station. With a sight, the girl headed over to the table under the yellow and black banners. She stuffed her bag under her seat. It was the one piece of her luggage that she had had with her in the food trolley, and she really hoped the rest of it would show up like it usually did. When she sat down, she rested her head in her hands and let her long red hair fall into her face. How much longer until food and sleep?
Boy, with every new word spoken she was beginning to think that she had left a table filled with semi-sane people only to end up in a nut house! People were eating pygmy puffs and giving
love advice then challenging each other to duels and talking about people dying. Just what went through the heads of puffers anyway?!?!
She couldn't help but notice a very familiar person had taken a sat just across the table from where she was. She smiled, glad to see that her friend had made it to the feast. With all that had been going on one could never be too alert.
"Hey Emm!" She called to the girl.
"What took you so long?" She asked, tilting her head a little and looking over at her. Most of the students were already here...she was late.

There was a boy poking her! She had seen him get sorted early making him clearly a first year.
"Ummm...I don't think you should be poking her..." She spoke up.
