"Your fine, I was just zoned out I guess." she chuckled, because she knew it wasn't the first time and wouldn't be the last that she would be caught doing that. Then she frowned a bit, "Oh thanks, I guess it's a good house." she still wasn't sure how she felt about the house. "What are you doing over at this table?" she knew he said everyone in different houses were friends, but she still wasn't sure that she believed it.

Maxwell smiled. "Okay, i'll try to be noisier next time so you'll notice me first." He said and took a seat. "Well, i figured i'd check up on you since i didn't see you at the platform. And I don't know Maybe see some other people. Damon's a Hufflepuff so i'm sure He and Taylor are here somewhere."
