Alice still wasn't sure if she could walk on her leg, even with the splinter-y thing on, so she awkwardly hopped on one foot over to a carriage. Her broken leg hung awkwardly to the side. Just seeing the angle at which it twisted made her uneasy. She needed to get to the Healer as quickly as possible.

James was riding with her. She definitely felt less lonely and awkward with him around. She stretched her broken leg out oddly in front of her, making sure not to bend it. If she did, surely, it would be in more pain then it already was. But James still didn't seem to be feeling any better. "Are you okay, James-y?" she asked him. She hoped he wouldn't start crying again. It was bad when he did.

She turned to Mr. Seb Man. "When we get to Hogwarts, am I supposed to go to the Healer first? Or.. or can I go to the feast with my splint thingy?" She didn't have a problem going to the feast with a broken leg. But it was necessary that she did not miss it. The Healer could wait for HER.. maybe not for James, though...
James looked over at the groundskeeper. "I know I broke my arm...and at least cracked a rib or two...I hit the ground pretty hard from the portkey" he explained, his face contorted in pain.

Looking over at Alice, he smiled a little. "I'll be okay, Alice" he told her. KNowing she didn't like him crying, he sniffed and wiped away any remaining tears. "I'm not gonna cry" he assured her gently.

He looked back up at the groundskeeper. "The name's Baron, by the way. James Baron" he cracked another small smile.
