Walking towards the younger Slytherin, Kurumi put a hand on his shoulder while standing on her tip toes to do so and took a few deep breaths. "The train stopped suddenly and now the Head of the Department of Magical Transportation is here and told us all to grab hold on a portkey." She left out the bit the man being fired from the Ministry and all that. "Headmistress Truebridge was just threw here a little while ago as well...so things are under control." Hopefully. "The portkeys will take us to Hogsmeade."
And, for good measure, Kurumi handed Daichi one of her chocolate cookies.
"s-sorry i didn't mean to scare you" The Slytherin mumbled , feeling bad that he had scared her like that. He was about to walk towards her when he noticed that she did the same thing and felt a hand on his shoulder. Daichi smiled at her with a little giggle. Seemed like he had really scared her.
Head of Transportation? oh so that was who the man was. He had been wondering about him.
"Okay..." he said slowly, still not knowing what was going on until Kurumi explained further. Taking a portkey to Hogsmeade...wait...Daichi suddenly gasped loudly
probably scaring Kurumi again and went back to the compartment he had just been in. Stumbling over his feet only one time.
His luggage still lay on the ground but he picked up Mr.Duckles before finding his way back.
"I can't leave him behind!" he said and pressed the duck against his chest just at the moment the Gryffindor gave him something. He eyed the thing in her hand before he snatched it away at top speed. He hadn't been a chaser in his first and second year for nothing, and began to nom on the cookie like nomnomnom~!
