Alec was secretly hoping that Ella hadn't noticed the way he jumped a little. Sure, Ells wasn't one to make fun of him but if she did... and felt like mocking him in any way... Wait, what was he thinking?! Ells wasn't one to mock him! Not at all! GRIN. ... Awesome, now she would think everything's okay ~~and he wasn't weird~~. SCORE!

"Awesome!" he said, holing out the bag to her. Except... it was pretty obvious. The day Ella Bishop refuses ice cream or gummy worms would be the day... the day... well, it would be a bad day. A horrible day. A day where everything goes downhill. Yeah... that day should never come up. ... Wait, Ells had gummy worms?! Alec couldn't help but grin at the girl as she fished out the bag and offered him some. Awesome, she was. Really. "Yeah!" he said, reaching into the bag and taking out some, "Thanks!"

... Summer? "Summer was... it was pretty great!" he said, shuffling in his seat slightly, "Erm... I mostly stayed at home and played video games and ate lots of ice cream!" Yeah... he really needed those things over the summer. "How about you? Enjoy your summer?"
