Okay. 1. Why was this one looking at her so funny? 2. What was so important in her bag that she was guarding it so? 3. Did she need to get the ring to Mordor or something? SNORT. Geddit... she is ickle. Anyway...

Jacks had just set Yoda the Obese in the seat next to her and got settled when she heard the little one tell the quiet one she was NOT that pretty. HEHEHEH. Oh how lovely. Jacks began to giggle and snort all over the place. HEHEH. Putting a hand over her mouth she just shifted her eyes back and forth between them.

She needed to sing. SHE NEEDED TO SING. Maybe she wasn't that bad... Clearing her throat and taking a moment to compose herself she began to belt out some greatness:

"IT'S TRICKY TO ROCK A RHYME, TO ROCK A RHYME THAT'S RIGHT ON TIME-- IT'S TRICKY, TRICKY, TRICKY!" They were familiar with it, no? THEY SHOULD SING ALONG. Well... RAP along. It was a sick beat, yo.
Lex stared over at the older girl in awe. It was like she didn't care what she was saying...just speaking her mind like it didn't matter. Whoa...she wanted to be like that one day. Yeah sure she was already like that but at her age she would have gotten a proper pounding from the older kids she'd give a piece of her mind to. That was not all what she wanted so she would just admire this girl until her day came.

O_____O

That was it? That was the singing? Lex snickered a bit. "I don't think she'll smile to that anytime soon." She said, hardly able to control the ripples of giggles. This had to be the worst singing ever but that just made it all the more funny!

And she gave the girl a little salute. Sing away, sailor.

Genie? Well. That was a bit painful and Genevieve gave the end of her ponytail a violent twirl before smiling broadly. Too broadly, really, for anyone who knew her.

"Nicknames already? We're like, totally besties and whatever. I'm going to call you Hasty." Because hobbits were ... no. Not because of that. Because of her last name, CLEARLY.

"You should just give up and smile already. We'll call it a draw and you can share the spoils of war." Namely... chocolate frogs.

Genevieve took a pumpkin fizz silently, letting it settle on her tongue and fizzzzzz away while she watched the action in front of her. This could either go really well or devolve quickly... either way, it was amusing.

"Now, now, Lex. Insulting your prey is not the way to earn yourself a smile. Unless it's a funny insult." And generally speaking, telling someone they were ugly and gross was less than hilarious. Girlfriend needed to work on her insults. "For example..." She turned to the rather squashy looking cat that Jacks had deposited on the seat.

"Your cat is so fat... it's using all nine lives at once." No offense meant. Cat was kinda cute.

Oh. Merlin. NO. Genevieve let Jacks shout sing at the top of her lungs for a few painful minutes before she covered her ears and leaned in to speak to Lex.

"Maybe it's your turn now. Do NOT sing."
Lex chuckled a bit when Genevieve told her that her method of amusement was wrong but also because she referred to the girl as her prey. The more this girl talked was the more she liked her; she had an interesting mind that most older kids didn't. "Yeah, I don't think anyone would laugh while being insulted. I was just getting something out there before I started my turn." She might as well had.

She took a seat and watched the girl demonstrate the correct way to insult someone. Her eyes fell to the fattest cat she had ever seen. Merlin she was happy Felix wasn't that big because he didn't like walking and she wouldn't have been able to carry him around the way she did if he was so huge.

.....

Once again this girl had amused her. Gosh why couldn't all older kids be like her? She stifled another laugh when she told her it was her turn then advised her not to sing.

"Don't worry, I know I'm not much of a singer to begin with." She hopped off the seat and right over to the girl, being very careful not to touch her. "Hey girly, I think I know why you're so grouchy." she said, beaming over at her. She had seen this too many times and though it disgust her others seemed to like it. "You're looking for your boyfriend aren't you? Well I know where he is and I'll tell you if you smile--lead you there myself if you laugh."
