BIG SMILE on her face, she tapped on the door once inside, that is, "What is it you're reading, Elliot?" she asked, for the cover of the book was on the other side, and she couldn't see.
Elliot didn't even look up from her book...she knew that little voice.
"None of your business, twerp," she said, but then a second lately she cackled like mad and threw her book aside.
"Nothing. Just some history on the royalty in Europe...and how the magical ties with ancient pureblood families affected the way the monarchies ruled..." she rattled off.
She shot the younger girl a smirk.
"Nice to see you, Lottie. You can sit in here...if you want..." she gestured to the seat across from her. It really was nice to see the little girl.
She could see them becoming GREAT friends.
