Krys just smiled weakly and shook his head a tiny bit, she really thought she could do anything... and that was something that Krys really admired, but he knew that sometimes she needed to learn to calm down or something. The family... even in this situation Krys liked that. But he couldn't voice that right now... because he had to deal with the evil thing stood in front of him. "You gave her something. You really think that my family wouldn't recognise the side effects of a potion?" he hissed, not even looking at the child stood next to him. Even if she could hear, she deserved to know how evil her father was... "Funny, I think she'd say the exact same thing about you." Because even in his mother's twisted, evil mind, Krys knew that she cared about her children. He noticed the wand movement out of the corner of his eye and laughed softly. "You're honestly thinking of trying something here?"
Aurora was sat on her trunk, staring at the train tracks and waiting. She just wanted to get out of London now... she didn't like being so smothered by her brother. She glanced up slightly as she felt a tingle in her scalp... what? Had someone dropped something on her..? No... it felt like that hair colour spell they'd learned last year... or maybe it was the year before... she couldn't remember. She teased a curl from the ribbon tying it back and lifted it to her eyes... her hair was dark?! Urgh. Who the hell had changed her hair colour..? She looked up, a scowl on her face. Whoever it was had better lift the charm right this minute or else there would be some serious poisoning going on.
She stood up on her trunk to look around... then she caught sight of her brother and... what? So that was why her hair was dark... she jumped down from her trunk and ducked behind a pillar, her heart rate already high. Oh Merlin what was he doing here..? She took her wand out and held tight, peering slowly around at them...
Kennedy nodded and held himself from rolling his eyes at Kryspin. Couldn't he let go of that? It had been one time that he's used that curse and it was only because it was a life and death situation. And things had not turned out that bad because of it.
The seventeen year old turned his full attention on his father and watched him closely. He wouldn't dare do anything right now, would he? No, he wouldn't. Beverly was here and her presence always seems to hold him back. Then again, Kennedy never knew his father was capable of killing someone.
A sudden memory attacked Kennedy as his father's eyes bored on him. It was of him passing the barrier and seeing Aurora walk off. Oh crud. "He knows...he knows she's here," he whispered to Yvonne and Kryspin. Yvonne huffed at Phabian. Really? they knew it was him who sent Victoria to their flat. Her aunt would never just drop by to visit. The woman was all about organization and timing to do that. "Stop with your lying, Wayne," Yvonne said, irritated. She was sure everything he's ever said was a lie, though it still sort of stung because she had looked up to him at one point in her life.
She noticed his wand hand move and pulled Kennedy behind her. Even if they kid thought he could take his own father, he couldn't. Phabian was a much older and experienced wizard than he was. He knew his family would know about potions, Ciara at least, but that didn't bother him. At the end there was nothing he could be blamed for because everything incriminated his wife. "My wife enjoys toying with potions. I wouldn't doubt if she had been under the influence of one." Which she had been, and it had been under the influence of one of his newest inventions. He wouldn't say that out loud, though. Phabian didn't want to give them any proof worthy memory because he would NOT end up in Azkaban because of them.
"Oh, really?" he said, tauntingly. Where was Ciara anyway? "Where is Darling Ciara at, then? Great mother she is," he sneered. He would have expected much more of her, really.
Phabian shrugged. He's never been the kind to express his intentions. He preferred to see their surprised expressions instead.
Then he turned to face the trio, an almost proud glint in his eyes at Kennedy. His boy was clever and he needed him on his side. But there would be time for that later. He directed his gaze into the direction Kennedy's memory led him to just in time to see Aurora hide. "She should really learn how to hide better. She's worse than a Hufflepuff," he said, waving his wand lazily in her direction, but not doing anything just yet. Yes, Aurora. Phabian Wayne know you'r hiding behind that pillar.
