Ceasing her soft laughter for now, Kurumi lowered her hand and looked at the boy. "Well, it is very brave of you to come all on your own - even if it wasn't exactly your choice." She had been half tempted to turn around and run in the opposite direction when she had been thrown here on her own. Only she had realized that she had no where to go but on to the platform. She couldn't use any of the public transportation here. Nor could she find her way back to Japan. So, really, she was left with flailing and wandering aimlessly until someone took pity on her and showed her the way.
"I wish it did," she sighed. The barrier vanishing right before you hit it that is. "I still shut my eyes before I go through and open them when I hear the sounds of the platform. You'll be fine. Best to take it at a bit of a run, as I was told when I first tried to get on it." Prone to accidents? Sounded like a Hufflepuff in the making. Not that Gryffindors weren't prone to them or anything, it had just been more Kurumi's experience that Hufflepuffs had trouble find them whereas Gryffindors went looking for it.
"Is there one you would rather I call you? Logan or Pao I mean," she asked, tucking another stray strand of hair behind her ear.
Pao stood up a little straighter, his chest expanding slightly with pride. "

No one has ever called me BRAVE before. Especially not anyone as.. perfect as Kurumi.
I was possible Pao was starting to have a bit of a fondness for her.
But he was jerked back to reality as she spoke again. "
Oh.." he said a bit forlornly. "
Maybe I'll just close my eyes then." Because the thought of running full speed at a brick wall did not appeal to him. "
Or.." He paused hesitantly, unsure of himself, but adrenaline nudging him forward. "
W-would you maybe go with me? Like, together?"
And hold my hand. His bottom lip protruded slightly, giving him a slightly pouty expression.
His little stomach had a funny feeling in it as the friendly girl tucked her hair behind her ear. "
Er.. I dunno. Either way is fine, I guess."
Whichever one she prefers, I wouldn't mind hearing her say it over and over again.
