Yes, Roxanne was happy with Konrad. Loved him, even. But for some reason, she just couldn't ignore the feelings that she was developing for one of her coworkers. Not anymore. It was a conundrum of pretty epic proportions. Not that she would be able to do anything about it ever, even if she wasn't seeing anyone. So, she just settled for sneaking looks across at his desk, hoping she hadn't been caught. Or, in other words, acting like a school girl. Not so great when one was a thirty-eight year old prosecutor for the British Ministry of Magic. Damn emotions.
