"I think the only time you'll see my face red is after a work out. Sorry hun," Chace said before planting a kiss on her forehead. Embarrassment was an emotion that Chace was not particularly fond of, and had found a way to avoid. Then it again it had a lot to do with his personality. Chace was never really embarrassed of anything that he did. That and his family hardened you against ever feeling ashamed of yourself. Embarrassment was weak in his family's eyes, but that was something Chace wasn't sure that he wanted to share. His family issues were complex and stressful and not something he wanted to talk about at a train station if at all."I am now intrigued about this first crush though," Chace said with an amused grin.
Chace couldn't help but wonder about her cousins' family that they would let her live like that. He wasn't sure who he thought was strangers the parents for not interfering or the sister for not only allowing the behavior, but spoiling her on top of it. Yeah...he was definitely going to go with the sister. "Well thankfully even though we have our family problems, we at least know our parents above all else would prevent that from either happening. But we don't have to worry. We'll be fine." People like Chace, and Abby as Chace was getting the impression, had their own silent standards that they held for themselves, and Chace and Abby were simply not the type to become lumps on logs. They were destined for better things. Partly by choice and partly by...ugh...Chace needed to stop thinking about his parents. It was just going to sour his mood and that was definitely something that he didn't want to do. Especially not when he was with Abby. "Family is important, but we don't have to talk about it if you don't want to." Lord knew he enjoyed avoiding the nitty gritty details of his family.
At the question of him liking her kissing him Chace pulled her closer, giving her a clueless look. "Now I have no idea what in the world would have given you that impression." Chace had a smile as he bent down to kiss her again, after that girl with the flyer had finally moved away. Her lips were soft...that was definitely what he liked about them. "They're soft," Chace whispered before giving her another kiss. Yup. They could just stay like this until the train was leaving and that would be fine with him.
"Really? That's just sad." POUT. That wasn't fair.
"But.. you sure I won't be able to make you blush either?" Abby smirked. Heh. She'd made guys blush before.. although she felt like it wouldn't be easy to make Chace blush. He did seem like the kind of guy who never blushed. She could try though. And.. did he just say 'work out'? She definitely wanted to see him work out sometime.. Ahem.
"Yeah, well. When I was twelve, I crushed on this guy who used to live in my neighborhood.. and I used to blush every time I saw him. It was quite embarrassing really." VERY embarrassing considering the fact that he never ever knew that she existed.
"Yeah. I mean, I know my parents are busy all the time and they hardly get to spend any time with me." Not that she blamed them in any way for that. She understood that their jobs required them to travel a lot but she did feel bad that she didn't get to spend a lot of time with them.
"They do care about me though and I know they'd never let that happen." She cared about very few people in the world. Just her parents, her best friends and now, Chace. It was weird because she'd never actually cared about any of her ex-boyfriends. They were just guys she made out with and when started to get boring, she'd dump them. It was weird and wonderful that she wanted to be with Chace for a while. She liked him a lot. More than she ever liked any other boy in her life. She wasn't going to say that to him though. She wasn't sure if he liked her all that much, even if she wanted to think that he did.
"You don't, eh?" Abby smiled as he kissed her again. She definitely liked kissing him. "
You keep coming back for more.." And, he said that her lips were soft, which kind of made her feel extremely warm. OH GOSH. Was she blushing again? She hoped not. She kissed him back, resting one hand on the back of his neck. She was starting to wonder if they would get in trouble for making out in the middle of the platform where there were kids running about.. HUH. Who cares? She was totally loving this.
