"but Felix doesn't like the cage and he's much easier to carry when he's out of it."
Just then the cat took a nip at her finger. She dropped him immediately and watched as he set after Archer once more.
"NO! Felix!"
He looked back at her once more, finding it a little annoying that she would try to contain him at a time like this. He swished his tail at her then pounced at the bird once more.
Maybe she should have put her badge on...but Kurumi also hated the look of OHMYGOSHITSAPREFECT she received whenever she wore it. As a seventh year now, she really should be over this since she had worn the badge since she was a fourth year...but some things one just never got used to.
Setting the cage right side up again and stepping back, Kurumi eyed the feline and couldn't help but offer the frustrated looking girl and her even more frustrated looking cat a small smile. "
Neither does mine," she laughed. "
But he changed his mind once he got his tail run over by a trolley." And nearly trampled by some overly eager students to get onto the train.
But then the cat was gone and Kurumi's kendo reflexes kicked into high gear as she moved towards the feline...that was now attempting to eat another student's pet.
Merlin...it really was starting already.

First years or not.. he didnt really like other people apart from his parents telling him what to do. But he looked at Ariella too, he was not happy that their cats were now harassing Archer.. poor owl really was outnumbered.. 3 cats to 1 owl
Kurumi nodded her head at what the younger boy was saying. He wasn't wrong, not at all, and very much along the same lines of thinking she had had as a younger student. "
Confined spaces and loud noises are always stressful for creatures," she replied, still nodding her head. "
But letting them out increases their natural fight or flight instincts." Like the cat that had just nipped at the other girl. "
Best thing would be to get them on to the train where things are a bit calmer and quieter."
Obviously too late for that now...so they needed to get them all back in their carriers before too much insanity happened. Please?

Then she might get in trouble and getting in trouble was NOT her thing. When she broke the rules, getting caught was totally out of the question.
Odd how his girl seemed to think that he couldn't get out on his own. Maybe if she put a legitimate lock on the cage instead of just shutting it...
Oh, now she'd done it! Her cat was loose!
"Oh... fudge!" what a pathetic attempt at getting him back. "All right, you're out. Now... get back in the cage. Now!" she meant it. Really. She swears.
o_______________O
AND NOW ANOTHER ONE WAS LOOSE?! Maybe Kurumi should have brought Walnut with her...he could use his kitty senses to somehow corral these felines into one place and then they could all get them back in their carriers. Of course, being seventeen now, Kurumi could also use magic outside of school...but she hated - absolutely HATED - using magic on creatures when it wasn't totally necessary.
She had only done so once with Walnut...and that had been because Eino wanted to teach him how to fly by DROPPING him out of the Owlery window in her second year. Thank Merlin she had quick reflexes thanks to kendo training or else Walnut would have been flat as a pancake in the courtyard at Hogwarts.
"
Do any of you have any treats with you?" she asked, already rummaging through her pockets for some of the
tuna fish cookies she baked for Walnut and almost always had on her in case of an emergency. LIKE RIGHT NOW! Finding the small bag in her pocket, she removed them and quickly offered one to each of the first years.
Introductions would have to come later.
"
Try to lure your cats back with these. I don't want them to get hurt while they run around scared..."

Besides, Kurumi said that she going to help Selina hand out flyers for Mortimer, so she could start until her friend arrived to help.
Eyes darting around to try and see how they could make the platform smaller for this task, Kurumi spotted Selina...putting up posters? Really?
Kurumi was about to make some sort of pathetic sarcastic comment - because sarcasm still wasn't her forte - when she noticed just what the posters were for. Oh Merlin...Selina was going to be IMPOSSIBLE to deal with without Mortimer. Somewhat gawking at Selina for a moment, Kurumi called to her best friend while waving some of the tuna fish cookies around in her hand to get the redhead's attention. "
Selina!"
