Ed glared at Isaac. Did he seriously just ask if he was all right? His eyes narrowed slightly at his explanation. Knowing he was probably pale, Edmund shakily pushed himself into a more dignified sitting position and looked up to find Nell walking towards him and rubbing her hip.

"I'll live." He muttered in response to her and leant his head back against his trunk. It was strange being forced to deal with something he had such an aversion to. "Are you okay?" he asked, gazing up at her. Right now Isaac wasn't on his good list, though he hadn't completely freaked and gone for the guy, it was proof that they had a strong friendship already.
