Though she would admit, sneakers plus dress worn by Bee looks good on her everytime. The complement from her bestfriend that she always look good in choice of clothes made Erin smile and feel a bit guilty for detesting the other Ravenclaw's fashion statement. "Thanks, you're too sweet. Do you really like my fashion style? Go to triple W dot Erin Heyman dot com." Giggle. With Beezus, it's all just giggling and being yourself.
She walked on to one corner and invited Beezus to go wear their bowling shoes now. She went on removing her own shoes and replacing it with the shoes the bowling center provided them. "Yeah. She is nice. But sometimes, I just find her too fragile. Too emotional. Er, but still I consider her as my bestfriend, well apart from you of course." That was the reason of their silent fight before, however since they've already resolved the issue, they could talk about it now, right? "I can have one, can I? You have your bestie," she mockingly stuck her tongue out towards Beezus. Elise? Ran away from home? Beezus sounded like her mother. "No, no. Her father was in St. Mungo's and her siblings were in uni so she's got nowhere to go."
Erin knew this would be how Beezus would react. She had this on her mind, way before planning to tell her everything. "Woah. Calm down," Erin gave in a tiny but surprised smile. "Uhm, on our second year, do you remember I went back home before Christmas? I was intrigued as to why..." She went back to her bowling shoes and tied the knots. Oh, they were comfy.
With her bowling shoes in one hand, Beezus followed Erin to the lane they were assigned. What Erin remarked about her made her laugh. Her? Beatrice Castell? Sweet? Yeah, right. Only to a few people it seemed like such as her bestfriends and other companions she deemed trustworthy enough and fun to be with.
"Are you really directing me to a website?" Those were some sort of address you need so you can visit a certain cut in a personalized appliance much like the television at the Muggle World. To say it was confusing wasn't an understatement.
"Your website, for that matter?" Beezus grinned, shaking her head.
Arriving at the corner, she slumped down on the bench and slowly took off her shoes before sliding in the provided footwear by the man behind the counter
who she totally ignored. She stretched her legs first as she waited for Erin to get ready but their talk continues on. She never really knew Elise that much, they were friends, yes, but they weren't that close.
"Is that it? I never had an idea. Where's her mother anyway?" Frankly, she was quite concerned with how Elise was holding up.
It was like they were having an agreement on who gets to talk to a handsome Professor first. She didn't mind, really. Her care for Erin and Indy were equal in nature but she met Erin first and with the current state of her and Indy's friendship, she was unsure if she even had a bestie anymore. Tearing away her eyes from her bestfriend, she averted her gaze to the other players already starting their game on lane 1.
"Actually...Indy and I are not in very good terms right now." Beezus sighed. And the reason? Pfft. Something she still couldn't understand.
Now, unto the part she didn't quite get. She moved her eyes back to the fellow eagle and shrugged nonchalantly.
"Okay, I'm calm. Now tell me." It was half-demanded, half-requested. During Christmas? Yes, yes. She remembered. Why?
"Yeah.. what happened then?" A quizzical look embroidered over her young features.
