Especially when she knew that she was moving on to do what she's been working towards doing her whole life. Everything was going to work out, and she couldn't wait to live it.
The seventh year practically skipped to the Ravenclaw table. She didn't immediately see anyone she wanted to talk to (another reason she wasn't so sad about leaving Hogwarts, the majority of her friends already have), so she just sat in her usual spot. If someone wanted her, surely they'd come to her.
Unless they were one of the two professors Ellie wanted to speak with. They probably wouldn't walk all the way here. They probably didn't want to speak with her. Her eyes turned as she scouted the Staff table for them.
She'd approach a bit later.
Messer made his way toward the Ravenclaw table, there's another red hair Quidditch Captain he need to say goodbye too. Ellie.
He spotted her quite easily. The Hufflepuff poked her in the shoulder.
"Congratulation on winning the Quidditch Cup, Ellie." He knew its kinda late but its better be late than never right. He opened his mouth to speak but nothing come out. He didn't want to say goodbye to her. She is his first Quidditch friend, Messer didn't want her to go.
"Are you really have to go?" Can she just like stay?
