With so many students walking around, it was hard to notice anyone.
She finally managed to see who it was. ‘Hi!’, she greeted Cassia with an actual smile on her face. Not smirk. Not grin. An actual smile coming from Gwendolyn Greene. Something that happened really rarely in her case. ‘Do you want to sit?’, the fourth year said, moving a bit to the left in order to make enough room for the Slytherin at the table.
‘How are you?’, she asked the younger girl before giving another quick look around. Looks like the people she had been looking for hadn’t arrived yet. She had enough time to find them, right? Of course… the feast had just started.
Cassia smiled back at Gwen she was glad it was really her ,not someone who looked like her. No need for awkward situations at the end of term. She wanted to leave the castle happy and not bothered by anything. Though, that was not probably possible. For so many things have been happening and Students aren't aware of everything. And surely the headmaster will say something in his speech. She was just hoping that there will be only good news.
"Yeah ,sure." Cassia nodded at Gwen, she surely needed to sit down and not stay standing. It's safer being seated! As she slid besides her Ravenclaw friend she exhaled,
"Wow, the trip from our table to yours is a tough one!" She chuckled remembering how she struggled to walk through.
Anyway, she wasn't really bothered about it. She now was enjoying her time and making sure that her last hours at the Castle are awesome.
"So you ready to leave Hogwarts?" She wondered. Well, surely Gwen is now used to leaving the castle and saying good-bye. Cassia knew that despite her mixed feeling between sadness and happiness she'll grow used to it.
