Upon hearing the History of Magic professor's voice, Kennedy opened the door, stepped inside and closed it behind him. The interior of the office surprised him, though, he didn't show it. He had not expected it to feel almost inviting. Then there were the colors burgundy and gold. Hmm. He always had the impression professor Scabior was a Slytherin.

Maybe not.

Or, maybe he was the opposite of his friend, John (the Gryffindor who cheered for Slytherins at Quidditch matches).

The Prefect quickly shifted his gaze toward the professor. "Good day, Professor Scabior," he greeted. He was now wondering if this wasn't a waste of time for both of them. "Alyssa told me about the research at the library and I came to talk to you about it." To the point...sort of.
