Cassia nodded at what Professor Lafay said and copied down the ingredients on the parchment. She then went to get the ingredients and had her cauldron on the table.
She took her wand out and checked her list. Water first, she thought. Glancing around her she remembered that they're supposed to clean the cauldron first. Fortunately she remembered before starting with water. "
Scourgify.." She spoke cleaning the pot.
Then she pointed at the wand at the cauldron and uttered ,"
Aguaminty," And water was filling the cauldron. She grinned at herself. Now they had to heat it.
The first year stared at the burners..How do we light exactly?! She wrinkled her nose. Oh right..magic! She closed her eyes for a split second recalling the incantation then, "
Incendio.." She spoke as fire appeared beneath the pot.
All done, for now she thought. So she stood watching the water heating while waiting for Professor's next instruction.
