Well Nigel never suspected that that today's lesson would be on Essence of Insanity. He only asked because it sounded cool. But he should at least know at least one ingredient. Since he asked the question.

He did not know one but he could guess since it appears that Lafay was not in a mood to criticize every question. Nigel raised his hand and said

"Professor Lafay, could one ingredient be blood of someone who is or was insane?"
