Now that her designed had been transferred and marked accordingly, Kurumi peeked up then things moved along and was severely grateful that this spell didn't seem to have sounds that she sometimes struggled with. Setting everything down for now, Kurumi decided first to simply focus on the incantation.

"Ter-fo-dair-reh...Ter-fo-dair-reh....Ter-fo-dair-reh..." she muttered under her breath as she looked idly at her lino tile and the cherry blossom pattern on it. She didn't add lino or potato to the end just yet since, well, she knew how to say those two words properly. Having repeated this a few times, Kurumi picked up her wand and attempted to hold it like she would her quill.

Only this felt weird. Really weird.

Obviously, her wand was much thicker than a quill, so that was already making her fingers feel uncomfortable. Not to mention the texture was entirely different as Kurumi's holly wood wand had some rather intricate carvings on it that were also adding to the discomfort. Shifting her fingers a bit, Kurumi attempted to find a position that wasn't too...weird...and eventually did. Sort of. At least she knew she would be able to hold her wand now without her fingers cramping at least.

Not saying the incantation this time, Kurumi simply practiced moving her wand over the area she would have live to have carved out were she actually performing the spell.
