With the release of Warner Bros' final installment of the Batman series, The Dark Knight Rises, actor Gary Oldman, who portrayed Commissioner Gordon in the trilogy, did press for the movie in Los Angeles and New York City this month, including attending the hand and footprint ceremony at Grauman's Chinese Theatre for director Christopher Nolan, the New York premiere, and various interview sessions. Although Oldman was in New York at the time of the star-studded London premiere on Wednesday night, his former Harry Potter costar did attend, as he noted on his Twitter; photos of him on the red carpet can be seen here.
