Pulling everything into her arms, Vicky stood up and realized it was a level one employee,"Ah, hello Ms. Smith. How can I help you? Even though we should both be heading to the conference room for the meeting." she asked with a firm look.
Victoria froze in her tracks,
"Oh...In the conference room!" She said puzzled,
"Actually I was coming to ask about the meeting, But I guess I got my answer." She blushed. She was an idiot of course the meeting was in the conference room, where else would it be!
The secretary nodded ,
"I'm heading right there. Sorry...."She said turning and heading to the conference room where the meeting is really held!

Victoria reached the door to the undersecretaries' office and knocked lightly on the barely open door. She stepped one step into the office. She glanced around to see if she was interrupting something. Hopefully not. Considering there wasn't any guests here. Because she would have noticed if anyone passed her office and entered here.
She cleared her throat to draw attention to her presence. "
Hello," She said smiling. She glanced back at the two employees who were waiting. Was she supposed to take
