Louisa could barely feel her way up to the second floor where there was... water. To wash her face, pat down her hair and wipe off the stupid tears that wouldn't stop for the past hour. She pushed open the door feebly. If she had her voice, she'd be weeping loudly and probably wailing in an ugly voice. Being the case, her mouth moved mutely and it made her even madder when she looked at the mirror and saw the scary red-blotched face staring back at her. She screamed, her neck growing red as she did so but not a sound.

The silence was driving her crazy and pressing down on her so she just opened all the tabs. Gushing water was a lifesaver.
