Ashley Green checked her watch for what was probably the hundredth time as she hurried towards the conference room. She was quite eager to attend the employee orientation, especially since her initial encounter with the new department head had been quite brief. Opening the door to the room, Ashley slipped in and noted that she was one of the first people to arrive. Much better than being late, she supposed. Oh. Althea approved. Of the early arrival. The introduction. The professional and yet chic outfit. The not mentioning the awkwardness of her... visitor. Good start.

She smiled and shook Ashley's hand. "Please, just Althea is fine. I got enough of my last name at Hogwarts."

Natasha Warrington smoothed out her skirt as she stood up from her desk. Taking a big planner from a desk drawer, an ink bottle and a quill the blond headed off towards the conference room to attend the mandatory employee orientation. With Isobel's wedding recently and all the planning and fixing off things last minute for it, Natasha had completley forgotten about the orientation meeting. Luckily though Althea had sent out a reminder memo so she had managed to clear her schedule without too much trouble.

Pushing open the door to the conference room some moments later, she took in the room as she entered. Seeing Althea sitting near the front with an employee unknown to Natasha she headed towards them. Claiming a vacant seat at the table opposite Althea she greeted her first with a beam "Good day, Althea!"

Gazing over at the woman beside the boss lady Tasha smiled. "Good day, I don't believe we've met? I'm Natasha Warrington."

"Hello Natasha." She smiled at Izzy's sister, warmly but a little less enthusiastically than Tasha. Well that was just because Althea wasn't the enthusiastic type, but she was pleased to have the woman on board.

Looking at her watch,. it was five minutes to nine. At least she wasn't late. That was a good start. And she was looking good. Yep, neat hair, neat suit, right files... yep, everything seemed to be in order.

Softly knocking on he conference room door once, she went in. There were already a couple of employees already in, so she gave both a quick smile and turned towards her department head, "Hello, I'm Angela Dawson." She introduced herself. "Pleased to meet you." she said with a slight smile.

"And you, Angela." Althea smiled. "Take a seat." Another well presented one. This was good.

Derek did not like this kind of thing. Meetings always meant people. Sometimes even too many people. He deeply hoped this wasn't going to be the case this time.

He slowly walked towards the conference room. He wasn't late, so there was no need to hurry. Derek frowned at the already closed door. He would have to open it, everyone that was in would stare at him as he took a seat.

Great. Just great.

As quietly as possible, he opened the dang door and slipped into the room without making any noise and looking down at the floor.

Reaching for his seat, he nodded at no one in particular. "G'day." He mumbled as he sat down and stared at the table in front of him.

"Hello Derek, glad you could make it." Althea welcomed. Hmm. Mumbling.

Charlotte actually loved meeting people, including her co-workers and the head of course. But then she just hated the feeling and the atmosphere throughout a meeting, always serious and stuffy.

She quickly rushed into the conference room and hopefully they were not talking about those very serious issue again. Since it was the employee orientation so she guessed that it would be okay.

She opened the door and stepped inside the room. She gave everyone a smile and greeted the department head. "Good day,"she said politely."Charlotte Wellington." She the took a seat and waited for the head to start off this meeting.

"Welcome, Charlotte." Thea looked relaxed as she greeted the latest arrival.

Violet walked into the room, giving a courteous nod to the people in the room already. Violet hadn't really met many people in her department, including the new department head yet, so needless to say she was a little bit nervous. But, Violet knew how to carry herself and was keeping herself calm.

Althea approved of the professional look, and how the woman presented herself. She silently flipped through a few files until she found the right one, and confirmed who it was based on the picture.

It wasn't that Imogine diddn't like meeting people. She just couldn't think of things to say to them! Small talk did not come naturaly to her, but she would try her best at this meeting to talk to her co workers and meet some friends!

Waving a hand at Althea, Imogine slipped over to the social circle and just stood there and listened, waiting for a moment to jump in.

Natalia Tarasova walked down to the conference room, straightening out her dress as she did so to look a bit more presentable. It was an orientation meeting and she was a bit nervous. She usually wasn't, but she didn't really know many of the people that even worked in her apartment except for a select few. She walked into the conference room and hesitated on seeing other employees. She quickly directed her attention over to where the snacks and water were. She grabbed a cup of water and took a sip. Alright, Natalia, you can do this. She held her head high and walked over to Violet, Imogine, and a women she hadn't met before. She had to be one of the new employees. "Hello; Violet, Imogine." She gave a smile. "Are you excited for the meeting today?" Then again, when was anybody excited to go to meetings? "Oh, pardon me, I'm Natalia Tarasova. You must be one of the new employees." She said, holding out a hand for her (Angela) to shake.

That was a nice dress. Thea had a similar one in her own wardrobe. And again, professional but chic.

"Natalia. Glad you could come."
