Because a lot of people called her weird, back home. And it was not nice.

Ella smiled, the question about why Logan had left was coming up a lot lately. Not that she minded telling people why he was gone. "Oh he didn't want to leave." She said a bit sadly. "His aunt is quite mean and he lives with her. She wouldn't allow him to return." Cause she was a horrible evil human...yup.

So Chelle hadn't met many people at Hogwarts yet? That wasn't good. She was young and should be out making friends! PLUS she was quite nice! "Well I could introduce you to my friends sometime...if you want." She even had some first year friends that maybe Chelle could hang out with if she wanted.
