There was no telling how the baby dragon would react.

Oh good the Groundkeep---- WHAT?

Kurumi sort of just blinked at the Groundskeeper when he arrived, hoping that he was going to help, only instead he was accusing her of teasing Roro. "I-I-I'm not..." she replied, her mouth hanging open slightly. "I'm trying to keep Roro distracted from...."

o_____________O

She hadn't even seen the Ancient Runes professor arrive....but now she had certainly heard him. Kurumi's eyes immediately went back to Roro full of concern. Surely the scream had...sort of startled the baby dragon somewhat. Maybe it was a good thing that Spike had appeared behind her and was waving a dead ferret too? Kurumi had sort of stopped moving after Professor Jenkins had screamed and momentarily joined Professor Williamson on the ground.

Kurumi pouted a bit when he was apparently blamming Roro for what had happened. Not cool! No cookies for you, professor!

"Roro didn't do anything," Kurumi gasped. He was only a super adorable baby dragon, not a basilisk! "Professor Williamson just...froze and....stopped talking...midsentence...and then fell forward." On his face. Or, he had been until the Groundskeeper had turned him over. Hopefully the fall hadn't broken his nose...

And as he was crossing the entrance hall, a giant anteater patronus came at him.

Gah! He wished Waylon had a smaller patronus, every time he came across it, the thing almost scared the crap out of him. Although the message it came with did kinda scare the crap out of him and he bolted out of the castle and down to the barn.

As he ran across the grounds, Oliver pulled out his wand. Looks like he didn't need to workout tomorrow, this run alone should burn off all the food he ate today. Reaching the barn in record time, he burst through the doors managed to glimpse Kurumi Hollingberry waving around a ferret in front of the baby dragon before he felt his feet slip out from under him.

"ARGHHHHHHHHH."

At least he had the good sense to cast a cushioning charm a split second before his butt hit the ground. What the hell was all over the floor? Getting to his feet, Oliver cleared a path to William with his wand and then he approached his two friends. It was only just now that he had noticed that Waylon was there.

"What happened?" This question was directed to Waylon as his gaze went to the dragon and Oliver frowned. "I've told him a hundred times that dragon's do not make good pets." Yes, he was blaming RoRo for this.

Okay, okay.

Kurumi wasn't really teasing the dragon and if Waylon wasn't, well.. staring at William, trying to figure out just what the heck happened to him, he would have apologized to the girl. Yes, he could see now the reason why her and that Ravenclaw boy were waving the ferret in front of Roro's face. As it was, though, there was just something a little more important than apologies. Like.. who in the name of Merlin was screaming? Did they know nothing about dragons!?

Just about ready to point his wand and silence whoever it was, Waylon turned his head and spotted Oliver. On his behind. Well, he now knew who received the patronus without the warning of oil on the ground. Although, it was probably better that way. Didn't need Cece falling on account of him. "I don't know what happened." And he didn't feel like getting into details about how he was just going to see the dragon and found him on the ground. "And Roro did not do this."

Which, thankfully, Kurumi could vouch for. And she also knew what happened.

He shot a glance towards Oliver before turning back to the Prefect. "He just.. froze?" That was.. weird. "What was he doing before he froze?" Waylon did see the wand in Willy's hand. Maybe a spell backfired. That could happen, right? And maybe he should stop asking the girl questions. She was busy.

SPOILER!!: Cece!!

WHOA!

Almost losing her balance on the slippery ground Cece grabbed onto the person nearest her. Oliver. "What have you done this time Oliver?" That's right, she was accusing him of this whole mess. Probably another one of his practical jokes gone bad.

Not waiting for Professor Jokes A Lot to answer she knelt down next to William and quickly checked his vitals.

PHEW!

Still breathing.

Having a sinking feeling this wasn't going to work she pulled out her trusty bottle of smelling salts and ran it under his nose. 'Please let this work. Don't be like Max.'

WAKE UP!

Thank Merlin Cece made it! Who, even though he had told her to watch out for the slippery oil on the ground, still managed to slip.

And, as much as he wanted to stay there and wait to see what was wrong with his friend, hearing the Healer accuse Oliver of doing something marked his cue to leave. Not the barn, just.. away from them. Plus, he really did need to get the dragon into his stall.

Giving Oliver an almost apologetic look, Waylon stood up and carefully made his way closer to Roro. And the ferret waving students.

SPOILER!!: Vickers!!

Given that the front of his robes was practically dripping now, the Ravenclaw took off his robes to use the back to wipe himself off, paying half attention to the Professor as he began to speak... then stopped.

Was he displeased by all of Vicker's fidgeting about with his robes? He lowered it just in time to see the Professor fall flat on his face.

Then somebody sorta kinda screamed.

So many things happened next. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Kurumi bound for the dragon, and Stella run for the castle. What should he do? Follow Stella? Help Kurumi? Instead he decided to come close to the Professor.

It was then that he spotted the Groundskeeper and the Runes Man come around. Standing aside to let the adults through he milled around like any concerned onlooker wondering at what has come over Williamson. Then he saw the Healer kneel beside the other man and bring a vial under his nose.

Worried blue eyes darted about the barn, the dragon, up the castle and back to the fallen Dragonkeeper.

Was it just his imagination, or did Williamson freeze inexplicably for the second time this lesson? Was he feeling something strange earlier and now his body couldnt take the toll?

"Professors?..." yeah he meant all three of the adults "... Professor Williamson isnt having a heart attack is he?"

As he made his way closer to the ferret waving students, Waylon heard Vickers call out and he raised his eyebrows at his question. He was no Healer by any means, but he was more than sure that what happened to William had nothing to do with his heart.

"No." And that was good enough answer for him.

SPOILER!!: Ella, Sarah & Mordred!!

Merlin's beard, what was happening to everyone lately?! Something strange was going on and Ella was quite afraid. She stood, soaked in baby oil but uncaring, focused on the scene in front of her. He'd be alright, right? RIGHT?

Seeing as Mr. Murdoch and Mr. Jenkins had arrived, Ella stayed where she was, worriedly wringing her hands. And what about the baby?! Poor little Roro was still just chilling in the water all oiled up. "Erm...should we start humming again or something? You know, to keep Roro calm?" She said nervously, eyes now on the baby dragon. Surely the little guy would be worried when he realized his daddy was down and the other little humans were getting all nervous.

"Yeah, I agree with Ella, we should hum something and put the dragon to sleep for a while or at least relax it, as the professor can't control it now. How about 'Twinkle, Twinkle little star? It has worked before." Sarah said nodding to Ella.
Not waiting for an invitation, Sarah started humming.."twinkle, twinkle little star, how I wonder what you are..."

Did the oil come from the Hogwarts Kitchen?

He was so busy with removing the stuff off his head when suddenly Williamson froze and dropped on the floor face down. What did he miss? “Did he just got a waft of Roro’s fart wrath?” he thought and a grin was on his face. The grin faded away instantly when the groundskeeper and the Ancient Runes professor joined them. What was going on? His eyes went back to Williamson. Things went serious when the groundskeeper conjured a Patronus to send a message. He knows those things all too well.

Now that Roro’s daddy is unconscious, they were all somewhat exposed to the dangers of a baby dragon. Now what to do? First. Don’t panic. Dragons hate that. And second, they have to secure Roro. Mordred eyed the stall and the dead ferrets and the Ravenclaw prefect who was teasing Roro to take the bait. Mordred stood up and picked up a dead ferret and stood behind the older student. “Should we lure him back to his stall?” he asked in a whisper making an eye contact with Roro.

Oh, goodness.

As more and more students began to speak up and ask questions, Waylon had almost enough sense to just dismiss them all. Only a few of them were actually helping, and really. He didn't think they all needed to see William the way he was. If Cece's smelling salts didn't work, they would have no choice. He just.. didn't want William to wake up and expect to go back to teaching afterwards. Which was something he would probably do. Considering the class was on the dragon.

"Humming could work." he nodded his head slowly at Ella and Sarah, but gave Mordred a look. No.. no. "You have to make sure he's calm before you lure him anywhere." Merlin, that was just what they needed. A passed out whatever he was doing Care of Magical Creatures Professor, and a trampled student. No.

Moving closer to the dragon, Waylon slowly raised his hand out towards him. Yes, friendly dragon likes to be pet? You're not worrying about your daddy who is laying on the ground, right?

Were the kids still waving those ferrets? One-handed Waylon did not sound good. At all.
