The class was over ~~finally~~. Louisa QUICKLY gathered her stones in the pouch again and tucked her parchments in her bag as well as her wand. Once she reached the professor she lifted the stone pouch, "Do we keep those, professor?" HURRY UP AND TELL ME WHAT THAT WAS ALREADY.

Professor Elwood didn't need them and the precious stones weren't of the best karat so they weren't too expensive; besides Hogwarts had an extensive monetary fund that she used to get them in the first place.

So yes, they got to keep their own sets.
