Gideon couldn't help smile at the quick kiss as it was a nice answer to his simple greeting. No matter how short...it was sweet and that was all that mattered especially after having known what it was like to be brushed off and deprived. Geez...when had they had gotten to that type of relationship?The expression changing into a smirk with raised eyebrow as he caught the tone in Selina's voice as she returned it. "Thanks..." the sixth year said, guessing he was being allowed one of his nicer nicknames for the sake of the day.

He stepped back a step to give her a better look at himself once more, his arms spread at his sides for effect. "So what do ye think? Do I look any different?" This birthday was a special one and while it made him legal in the wizarding world it didn't seem to him to be all that big of deal. Other then his ability of apparate on his own once he completed his testing.
