| Toothless - Napoleon of Crime - Gryffinclaw - Owl Emissary - Pirate Auror - DoctorDonna It seemed he was right in his thoughts on pointer stones, the professor quite pleased with his answer. Maybe it wasn't too hard to handle and understand. Writing down a few notes, Gideon continued to listen in on what else was being said both by fellow students and Professor Elwood. Then all of a sudden they were being told to put their wands out on their desks, the prefect wondering what had caused the reaction seeing as from his spot he didn't notice his fellow Grffindor leader and his 'new' clothes. He willingly obeyed, slipping his wand from where he kept it normally and setting it down in front of his notes.
With things seemingly calming down, Gideon was interested in the fact that were to be picking their own stones for their set. Well it made sense given the fact that the sets were to be personal, almost like the runes sets they had made the previous term. So the sixth year got up from his seat when they were told to come up, the Gryffindor taking one of the sachels and a decent amount of time to chose which ones he felt were for him before heading back to his desk. It was then that he noticed Paulie's appearance and realized someone had to have set a prank and thats what the woman had been responding to.
Sitting back down, he laid the 13 stones from his set out on the surface in front of him. There were stones of various shapes, sizes and colors within the collection. Some smooth and clear and others striated and patterned. He had picked a few more pointed stones as well seeing as Professor elwood had suggested it for them to have some pointers for their set. As the other students took their turns collecting stones, Gideon tried to think on which stones better represented which meanings, the boy glancing between the stones and his list as he debated over them.
