| Perhaps shop talk isn't the way to go with Aron ;) Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict Once again, it seemed that Aron had misconstrued his comment. He hadn't made it overtly noticeable to Dorian, not like he had with the snarky comments the last time, but he was good enough at reading what people were hiding to know that there had been a snarky comment or two in waiting. His CMECer had merely chosen not to say it. Probably a good idea, seeing as Wes had finally arrived, coffee and file folders in hand, and Dorian had merely nodded at the short reply as he'd headed for the seat opposite Ben at the table. He figured the division heads for the most part should stay obvious, after all, and he sent a brief nod toward Caedwyn as well. Before finishing off his espresso as things got underway. He'd likely need to get some more later, but he'd survive until the meeting finished. Seeing as he hadn't noticed any espresso while he'd been perusing the coffee station.
Introductions. Dorian leaned back in his chair slightly as that was the first order of business, listening as people started responding around the room. So far it hadn't seemed like there were any new CMECers, but then he'd decided to speak not long after Aron, Caedwyn and a few others. He wasn't about to stand up, though he lifted his empty coffee cup slightly. "Dorian Tamerlane. Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland," he began, letting the tiniest burr slip through the London accent he'd adopted after so many years away. "But I currently live in London, and am Chief Inspector, CMEC. The Office of Counterfeit Magic and Equipment Control, as Aron so helpfully explained," he concluded, slight grin on his face. Hopefully they weren't going to have to go into further histories, because that could make things go even longer.
