Huh. Guess he had posted a notice about class.... yeah, yeah guess so. He remained standing there looking shocked for about five solid minutes before something shook him from his trance.
"Oh, hello," he greeted the class, nudging the empty baby pool off to the side so that he could set the dragon food down. "I guess it's time for Care of Magical Creatures, eh?" He chuckled and glanced over his shoulder as if he was expecting someone else to show up.
Well, no matter. He'd go get the dragon shortly. "So, on the topic of magical creatures, we're going to pick up roughly where we left off last lesson with Hogwarts' resident baby dragon, Roro."
ROROROROROROROROO!
"Before I go fetch the baby," Willy grinned to himself, remembering the last time he'd told someone that he had a baby, "does anybody know what I have in these two buckets?" He gestured toward the dragon food. "Here's a hint: humans would find the content repulsive...."
He shifted his gaze from the pool and the harness towards the Professor when he came to view. But before the Ravenclaw could greet the other man he stared at the Professor who seem to have been frozen on the spot. He shifted his eyes around wondering what the Professor was staring at or what got him to just freeze up like that. But before he knew it, the Dragonologist began speaking as if nothing happened.
Vickers blinked back bewildered. What's up with that? He shook his head and tried to focus on the question at hand
Should he raise his hand? Well up it goes anyway
"Professor, dragons would usually feed on a combination of chicken blood and brandy..." he started as he eyed one of the buckets
"... and the other would be some kind of raw meat, such as rats." He knew that brandy isnt actually repulsive for people but mixing it with any sort of blood can be quite upsetting to most, and he wouldnt even being to rationalize how anybody can find rats appealing.
