Well now Demetrius could understand why he yelled. If his archnemesis was now a head of a department he would probably tear the painting down and blame it on him convincingly.

Demetrius had to think about how he was going to say his new job title as a Death Specialist in the Department of Mysteries. As a Unspeakable he can not really talk about his job to other people, really even to our own co-workers
