While he was eating his bread, he noticed Anya eyeing his bread. "What?" Did she want his bread? "You're not planning to steal my bread too are you?" Anya laughed. "That's the one." she said. "I'm glad I'm not the only one." she said with a smile. "Plus... it's such a long phrase to say. It takes up so much time. Plus, it doesn't even make sense."
Which meant, there was only one logical thing to do. "I'm going to just start saying "fancy" instead. It's much easier."
She nodded. "Yeah. That's basically what I'm doing." But there were way prettier ways of wording it. "No. Some people just don't like ducks I guess." she said with a shrug. "I'd never purposely offend someone." But she did mean to make him think about feeding the poor and innocent. "You know, they wouldn't have to steal if you would just share."
Plus, ducks were really cute. Who wouldn't want to share with them?
"No, of course not." she said tossing a few more bits of her bread out into the duck crowd.
