normal and say Ma'am, or even just Miss? She tried to keep her voice level, though, as she replied,
"Uh...I think I am going to have a butterbeer. For the first time...so make it good, Mr. Shopkeeper," she replied back, and a smirk appeared on her lips.
She was joking...she really was. Hopefully the man took it as such.
