Jonathan laughed when Beezus just suddenly shoved him off. She just looked hilarious. So he needs a permission to hug her now? Come on. That's unfair, there's a Hug a Slytherin day for Merlin's sake which Jonathan still thinks should be banned. Hugging Slytherins are not the best ideas one could really think of. Jonathan still remembers the time when a Hufflepuff, out of nowhere, just decided to hug him. Thinking about it now makes him cringe.

"it's just a hug not the end of the world" he said leaning down to her height. Beezus is such a tiny girl. Wait! Jonathan hasn't grew this year right? Nope. Jonathan is just really happy to have Ash around. Other than his owl, Jonathan has never had any pets ever since he could remember. His mother had a kneazle but he never liked that kneazle, that creature was evil. She never liked him one bit and so did he. Jonathan smiled to himself when Beezus asked him. It was a fun birthday actually. He didn't celebrate it in London though, they were in France at the time. So who gave the little crup to him? He glanced over to Beezus with a grin on his face "Jeanne gave it to me." adding a nod.
It wasn't the end of the world? Pfft. Maybe it wasn't but it was still creepy to her. She's the one who hugs, not the one who gets hugged! She doesn't even let her Aunt hug her for Merlin's sake!
"It is creepy for me Jonathan," replied Beezus with an eyeroll. Hmm.. she suddenly got an idea. Jonathan did said it wasn't the end of the world if hugs were given right?

"Jonathan..will you be my older brother?" she asked casually. If he answers otherwise however, she won't care. She was still going to see him as her older brother.
Jeanne? That name sort of sounded VERY familiar but she just couldn't point it out.
"Who's Jeanne?" Wait..it wasn't Kurumi who gave the crup? Did she even gave him anything?
"Is Jeanne your girlfriend?" Beezus teased as she reached out to tickle the crup's tummy. Of course she knew Jeanne wasn't Jonathan's girlfriend. Kurumi was the girlfriend.
