D'awww! Professor Williamson got to hold the little baby? SO CUTE. *__* Ella wished she could hold it. And tickle under its chin. And take him back to the dorm. Sigh. All of these things seemed rather unrealistic so she settled on looking at the little dragon dreamily, while watching her lucky professor feed it. Her excitement grew when she was told that she could help think of a name for the little guy. The second year put on her thinking cap and observed the dragon baby carefully, wondering what kind of name it would like. Hmmm. Well first things first, Ella wanted to know if it was a boy or a girl. "Professor, what exactly is the gender of the little baby?" Cause that would help with the name picking, yeah? "I'm going to say that if it's a girl, we could name it Fei which means fly/dance in the air...cool, yeah? And if it's a boy, how about Flint! Cause that has to do with the quartz that produces a spark or fire!"

As for Professor Williamson's question about characteristics, Ella tried to remember what she had read about each breed of dragon. "Professor, I agree with everybody else. I think it'll probably have some characteristics of each parent though it might favor one over the other genetically." And though Ella knew what genetically meant it was far too complicated to try and explain that to the class.
