The hand that caught the galleon went to his mouth as he tried most generously to cover the sound of his laughter with a series of fake coughs. "Here, Van," Wes eventually choked out, tossing the galleon back to his friend, "I believe my department enforces such fines and, as a witness, I'll tell you what, nothing happened here." Besides, Van needed that coin more than he did now.
Turning back toward the gopher, he cleared his throat of any remaining giggles. "I suggest you go clean that sudden nosebleed up, Armen. And don't let the door hitcha where Merlin splitcha on the way out."
