29. Pensieve

You walk into a room…a wizened library in an English manor that had probably seen better days over the centuries. It is lit with candles, orbs of light, the images reflected in the mirrored panes of the windows looking out into the darkened sky.

You think your alone there until you notice an older woman clearly lost in her thoughts or rather memories with her head in the bowl on a table. Her hair is silvery black as she finally pulled away from the swirling mist of her past.

“Grandmother?” You ask getting her attention.

“Yes…Just spending time with ghosts.”
